What owners ask us first.
Asked by people deciding whether indoor tracking belongs in their business.
The decision.
Is indoor tracking a different business from vehicle tracking?
It uses different radio hardware, and the same habits: devices, names, zones, alerts and reports. A team that installs trackers can install a mesh.
Who buys it?
Clients with stock, equipment or people in buildings: warehouses, shops, factories, depots and secured premises. Many will be clients you already have.
Can I price it myself?
Yes. You set your clients' prices and invoice them through the platform's billing module.
The work.
What hardware do I order?
Teltonika EYE Beacon Mesh or EYE Sensor Mesh tags, Mesh Anchors and a Mesh Gateway Wi-Fi. We work out the quantities from the floor plans.
Who sets a site up?
You or your installer. The floors are drawn in the platform, the devices are registered, and each floor is surveyed with the Mesh Calibration app.
What if the client has several buildings?
Each is a site of its own, with its own floors, and they all appear in the client's account.
The platform.
Will my clients see the name Trackerserver or iMesh?
No. They see your brand on the portal, the apps and the emails.
Can one client see another's building?
No. Access is given per user and per site.
How do I start?
Send an enquiry. Say a little about your business and the first building, and we will take it from there.
Start with one building.
Pick the client and the site. Tell us about them, and we will set out the hardware, the platform and the steps between today and a working floor plan.
