One building, start to finish.

The first site teaches you the job. Choose a client who is keen and a building that is simple, and take it one step at a time.

  • A short list of questions for the client
  • Teltonika mesh hardware
  • Setup in the platform
  • A survey with a phone

The six steps.

  1. Step 1

    Ask the client

What do they want to find? How many of each? Which floors? Get a picture of every floor plan.

  2. Step 2

    Enquire

Send us those answers. We reply with the tags, anchors and gateway the site takes.

  3. Step 3

    Draw the floors

In the platform, add the site and its floors, upload each plan and trace the walls.

  4. Step 4

    Mount the hardware

Fix the anchors, mark each on the plan, connect the gateway to the site's Wi-Fi, register the tags.

  5. Step 5

    Survey and zone

Walk each floor with the Mesh Calibration app, then draw the zones your client cares about.

  6. Step 6

    Hand over

Give the client's users access to the site and set up their first alerts with them.

What you will order.

Teltonika's Wirepas Mesh range.

HardwareFor
EYE Beacon MeshEach person, pallet, trolley or tool to be followed.
EYE Sensor MeshAnything whose temperature must be watched as well.
Mesh AnchorThe building. The number comes from the floor plans.
Mesh Gateway Wi-FiThe site's link to your platform.

Hardware is quoted per site when you enquire.

What we need from you.

Nothing elaborate. A photograph of a floor plan is fine, and round numbers are fine.

  • The kind of building and how many floors
  • A picture of each floor plan, or its rough size
  • What will be tagged, and about how many
  • Whether there are cold rooms or restricted areas

Start with one building.

Pick the client and the site. Tell us about them, and we will set out the hardware, the platform and the steps between today and a working floor plan.
